What we do
One contractor
for the whole project.
One licensed general contractor for the work inside your home and the structure around it. Every project starts the same way: a site visit, a written scope and a free estimate you can review before anything is ordered.
10 residential services
Kitchen Remodeling
Kitchens are the most-used room in most homes and the least forgiving of a poor layout. We start with how you move through the space, then work outward to cabinetry, appliances, lighting and finishes.
Bathroom Remodeling
Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot behind the walls. Waterproofing, ventilation and drainage decide how well the room lasts, long after the tile selection has been forgotten.
Home Remodeling
A whole-home renovation is less about any single room than about the order in which the work happens. Rooms that share utilities, flooring or access have to be planned as one project, not a series of separate jobs.
Roofing
In South Florida a roof is the first line of defence against sun, rain and wind-driven water. Decking condition, underlayment and fastening matter as much as the covering you can see from the street.
Flooring
Most flooring problems start below the surface. Subfloor preparation, moisture and transitions between rooms decide whether a floor stays flat and quiet, whatever material sits on top.
Interior & Exterior Painting
A paint finish lasts as long as the preparation under it. Cleaning, repair, priming and the right product for a South Florida exterior matter far more than the number of coats.
Home Additions
An addition is part design, part feasibility. What you can build depends on the property, the existing structure and local requirements — which is why the first conversation is about whether it is possible, not about finishes.
Siding Installation
Siding is a weather system, not a surface. How it is fastened, flashed and detailed around openings determines whether water runs off the building or into it.
New Construction
Building new removes the constraints of an existing structure and replaces them with decisions. The earlier ones — siting, layout, structure and systems — shape everything that follows, and are the hardest to revisit later.
Basement Finish
Finishing a lower level is one of the few ways to gain living space without changing the footprint of a house. Moisture, ventilation and egress have to be resolved before any of the finishing work is worth doing.
How it works
From first call
to finished work.
Tell us about the project
Describe the work you have in mind, where the property is and what matters most to you. A short form or a phone call is enough to begin.
Site visit
We look at the property, take measurements and review the existing conditions. This is where what is possible gets separated from what is assumed.
Written estimate
You receive an itemized scope with material specifications or allowances, and a statement of what is excluded. It is free and carries no obligation.
Permits, schedule and build
Once the scope is agreed, permits are filed where required and the work is scheduled. One project manager coordinates the trades and keeps you informed.
Not sure which one
fits your project?
Describe what you would like to change. We will tell you what the work involves and what it takes to get there.
Useful to know
A few questions,
answered.
Do I need a general contractor, or can I hire trades directly?
Hiring trades directly can work for a single, self-contained task. Once a project involves several trades, permits or a sequence that has to be coordinated, a general contractor carries that scheduling and accountability. Describe your scope during the site visit and ask which approach makes sense for it.
Can several of these services be combined into one project?
Yes. Rooms that share plumbing, electrical runs or continuous flooring are usually better planned together than as separate jobs. List everything you are considering so the sequence and the scope can be discussed as a whole.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The site visit and the written estimate carry no charge and no obligation. You receive the proposed scope in writing and decide from there.
What area do you work in?
Titanium Construction Services is based in Wellington, Florida and works throughout Palm Beach County. If you are near the edge of that area, mention your city and ZIP code when you get in touch so it can be confirmed.
Are you licensed and insured?
Titanium Construction Services holds Florida general contractor license CGC1532162. Ask for current license and insurance certificates in writing before work begins, as you should with any contractor.
Who pulls the permits?
Permit requirements depend on the municipality and the specific work. Ask during the estimate which parts of your scope require a permit, who will file it and how inspections are scheduled, and have that confirmed in the written scope.
How much will my project cost?
No honest number can be given before the property has been seen. Measurements, existing conditions, product selections and the required work all change the figure, which is why the estimate follows a site visit rather than a phone call.
How long does a project take?
Duration depends on the scope, the permit process, product lead times and access to the property. Ask for the expected sequence and the assumptions behind any schedule, and confirm how delays outside the contractor's control are handled.
What should a written estimate contain?
A clear scope of work, itemized tasks, material specifications or allowances, and a statement of what is excluded. It should also cover permits, debris removal, payment stages and how changes to the scope will be handled.
How do I start?
Use the free estimate form or call +1 (561) 562-2318. Describe the work you have in mind and where the property is, and a site visit can be arranged from there.
