Can one contractor handle my kitchen, bathrooms and flooring together?

Can I stay in my house while it’s being remodeled?
Sometimes, but it depends on the scope and whether you can safely use a bathroom, prepare meals and reach the living areas. Dust, noise and interruptions to water or power can make staying home impractical during parts of the work. Discuss occupancy during the site visit so the plan accounts for your household and any temporary accommodation you may need.
What should be included in a home remodeling estimate?
Look for a clear scope, itemized work, material specifications or allowances, and a statement of what is excluded. Ask how permits, debris removal, payment stages and changes to the scope will be handled, and clarify any scheduling assumptions. I need more space. Should I renovate, build an addition or move?

I want custom kitchen cabinets. Can they be made to fit my space?
Yes. Titanium makes cabinetry in its own shop, allowing the design to be sized to your room and storage needs. Start by discussing the layout, appliances and finishes during the site visit. Confirm the cabinet specifications and included features in the written scope before work begins.
Can I see a 3D design before deciding on my renovation?
Titanium offers 3D modeling to help you explore a proposed design. Ask about including it when you discuss your project, and confirm what the design service covers in your estimate. It can help you compare layouts and understand how the planned elements fit together before construction.
What happens if I want to change something after the renovation starts?
Tell your project manager before the affected work goes ahead. Ask for the revised scope, any added cost and the effect on the schedule to be documented and agreed before proceeding. Changes to layouts or materials can also affect ordering and work already planned, so raising them early helps everyone make an informed decision.
What should I ask about the warranty before hiring a remodeling contractor?
