Where we work

Based in Wellington.
Working across Palm Beach County.

Our office is at 11199 Polo Club Rd, Wellington, FL 33414. Projects run throughout Palm Beach County, from single rooms to whole-home work.

How it works

From first call
to finished work.

  1. Tell us about the project

Describe the work you have in mind, where the property is and what matters most to you. A short form or a phone call is enough to begin.

  2. Site visit

We look at the property, take measurements and review the existing conditions. This is where what is possible gets separated from what is assumed.

  3. Written estimate

You receive an itemized scope with material specifications or allowances, and a statement of what is excluded. It is free and carries no obligation.

  4. Permits, schedule and build

Once the scope is agreed, permits are filed where required and the work is scheduled. One project manager coordinates the trades and keeps you informed.

Is your property
in the area?

Send your city and ZIP code with a short description of the work and we will confirm the next step.

Useful to know

A few questions,
answered.

What area does Titanium Construction work in?

The company is based in Wellington, Florida and works throughout Palm Beach County. Give your city and ZIP code when you get in touch so your address can be confirmed.

Do you work outside Palm Beach County?

Ask. Whether a project outside the county is practical depends on its size, duration and location, so it is worth a conversation rather than an assumption.

Is the site visit free everywhere in the county?

The site visit and the written estimate are free and carry no obligation. Confirm the appointment when you get in touch so the visit can be scheduled.

Does my location change the price?

Distance can affect logistics on some projects, but the scope of work, existing conditions and your selections are what drive an estimate. Any location-related factor should be visible in the written scope.

Do permit requirements differ between cities?

Yes. Each municipality has its own permitting process and timelines, which is why permits are addressed for your specific property rather than in general terms.

Can you work on a property I do not live in yet?

Yes, including properties being purchased or currently unoccupied. Explain the situation and the access arrangements when you get in touch.

Do you take on condominium or HOA-governed properties?

Often, though association rules, approval processes and work-hour restrictions add steps. Mention the association early so those requirements can be built into the plan.

Can I get an estimate without being at the property?

Someone needs to provide access for the site visit, but it does not have to be you. Tell us who will be there and how the property can be accessed.

How far in advance should I get in touch?

Earlier is better, because design decisions, permitting and product lead times often take longer than the construction itself. A first conversation costs nothing and clarifies the timeline.

How do I arrange a visit?

Use the free estimate form or call +1 (561) 562-2318 with your city, ZIP code and a short description of the work.
