Do I need finished plans before I request an estimate?
No. You can start with ideas, a list of problems you want to solve or a few reference images. Let us know if plans or drawings are already available.
Is the first estimate free?
Titanium offers a free, itemized estimate with no obligation. A site visit and a clear understanding of the scope help establish what the estimate needs to cover.
I do not know my budget yet. Can I still ask about a project?
Choose “Not sure yet” and explain what you want to achieve. A working budget can be discussed as the scope becomes clearer.
Can I ask about several rooms in one request?
Yes. Choose whole-home renovation and describe the rooms and work you have in mind. This helps the team consider the project as a coordinated scope.
How do I know if my property is in your service area?
Titanium is based in Wellington and serves Palm Beach County. Include your property’s location so the team can check the request.
Will I receive a final price as soon as I submit this form?
The form starts your estimate request. The team needs to review the scope and property details, and arrange a site visit where needed, before preparing a written estimate.

What if I have photographs or drawings to share?
