Once the scope is agreed, permits are filed where required and the work is scheduled. One project manager coordinates the trades and keeps you informed.

Where do I start with a kitchen remodel?
Start with what is not working: the layout, the storage, the lighting or the way the kitchen connects to the rest of the house. Gather a few reference images and a working budget, then arrange a site visit before ordering cabinets or appliances.
Can the kitchen layout be changed, or am I stuck with it?
Often it can be changed, but it depends on structure, plumbing and electrical routes. Walls, windows and utility locations all affect what is practical. Ask for the options to be reviewed on site before you commit to a design.
Do you make your own cabinetry?
Yes. Titanium has an in-house cabinetry shop, so cabinets can be sized to your room and storage needs rather than fitted from stock dimensions. Discuss layout, appliances and finishes during the site visit and confirm the specification in the written scope.
Can I see the design before the work starts?
Titanium offers 3D modeling so you can compare layouts before construction. Ask about including it when you discuss your project and confirm what the design service covers in your estimate.
Can I keep using my kitchen during the work?
Usually not for the whole project. Plan for a period without a working sink, cooktop or refrigerator, and discuss a temporary setup during the site visit so the timing fits your household.
Should I choose appliances before or after the design?
Before. Appliance dimensions, clearances, venting and power requirements all shape the cabinetry, so decide early and share the model numbers. Changing appliances after cabinets are made is expensive.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the room, whether the layout changes, and the cabinetry, countertops and appliances you choose. A photograph or a phone call cannot establish a price, which is why the estimate follows a site visit.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel?
Often yes, particularly when plumbing, electrical or structural work is involved. Requirements vary by municipality. Ask which parts of your scope require a permit and who files it before work begins.
What happens if I want to change a finish mid-project?
Tell your project manager before the affected work goes ahead. Ask for the revised scope, the added cost and the schedule effect to be documented and agreed first, since changes can also affect items already ordered.
